I don't understand... You want the rear "sucked in" more than the fronts?... I don't reccomend that...

he wants more lip in the rear than in the front.

like someone else said, go to www.wheeldude.com and ask the vendor directly to get exactly what you want.

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Offset calculators are useless if you don't understand offsets.

Lower the offset, further they stick out.

Higher the offset more they are sunken into the fenders.

Say that is the drivers side rear wheel.

The period is a 0 offset.

go this way ---> offset will be lower and start into the negatives(just like and integer)

go this way <--- offset will be higher into the positives.

The Z has big fenders, you're going to want as wide as you can get, say xX9 and xX10 +15 would be pretty flush without having to stretch/add camber etc.

Unless you wanna stretch and add camber, then you're asking on the wrong forum as the Z guys hate it. If you want info on that, send me a pm.

My opinion on the wheels (if you care) don't buy Rota.
