Stock LSD, Do I change?
My Auto G35, came with teh Performance Wheel and Tire package (18" Wheels and LSD), what ratio am I running? I have seen NISMO VLSD and other vendor 3.91 rear gears. Trying to see if it worth the change.
I plan to add a ATI SC, Borla Headers & Exhaust with RT Cats, also upgrade the TC stall and Value body to improve launch.
As a newbie to Nissan and advice is appreciated.
Thanks

I have the 6mt coupe, with a number of the mods you are contemplating. Send me a pm with your questions and I will get back to you with my thoughts.
However, one clearly is do not change to the 3.91 final drive ratio rear end. I think that is a waste of money and not what you need for a car that is a track and road vehicle, not a stop light street racer. IF you want to be doing that, and willing to sacrifice some top speed and mileage, ok. But the car is not optimized for that type of performance in my estimation.
I have the Nismo LSD, the ATI and the exact exhaust set up you mention, but of course not the torque converter elements. Gurgen on G35 driver has the auto sedan and has done that part and you might hunt him down and ask him about that aspect, he is very knowledgeable and helpful too.
Best regards, Ed.
