Many of the spring kits lower the car, as do the more complex coilover damper set ups. About an inch all around is what folks have been doing typically. More than that and you have the risk of chin scrape on the dips at road intersections and driveways, and belly rub on the little speed bumps. Eibach pro kit springs are pretty popular, and some of us are using the Teins.

Some kits are adjustable for height, but you are going to have to lift the car to do it manually. Even the Teins which electronically adjust the damping force, do that through the damper strut, not the springs, and therefore do not impact the ground clearance or height.

The Tein basics are great, they are priced low and are easy to install yourself. You can adjust them to stock height untill you can afford the suspension bars, then look into getting sway bars.

Espelir springs will lower your ride 1.9 and 1.7 in the back. Maybe I might go to the Tanabe springs which lower the front 2.2 and the rear 1.7. Looks more even that way, we'll see. And it rides good on stock shocks. So maybe that's an option for you. I'm also rolling on Work 20x8.5 frt and 20x10.5 rr. Good luck!

Got Tein S.Tech on mine, ride is still stiff and same as stock springs.
About 1.2" drop in the front. Very happy with the choice.

I dropped mine with the Eibach Pro Springs. The ride is almost stock but it looks and handles much nicer. IMHO.
