My keyless remote is not working and when i tested the wire for power to the keyless entry receiver from the bcm it was only getting 1.5 when it should be 4.5 according to the service manual. I also tested the power to the bcm from the battery and its getting just about the same voltage as the battery so i know the bcm is getting the right voltage. I then replaced the bcm with a used one i found on ebay and its doing the same thingvonly sending 1.5v from the bcm to the receiver. Do you think i got another bcm that is bad or what. The manual said replace bcm if its not getting 4.5 and i did but the new one which is used does the same. Anyone know of something
