Default G35 coupe help needed please

ThHey everyone I'm new to this forum, name is imiimlomim mii Joseph recently got a g35 coupe 6mt and have run into a few issues. I have posted on g35driver but seems like it's not very active.
when I got the car I noticed that My tail lights headlights blinkers and windshield wipers are not operating. I have looked online and have taken the steps to replace every fuse and relay, I recently got some doner headlights at first the passenger side flickered and one relay was making a ticking sound. I have also read that the IP DM could be the cause my car starts up fine I have dash lights I just can't get the headlights and tail lights to work the tail light fuse keeps blowing. Can I use any G 35

Current ipdm

IPDM and put it in my car? Or do you guys have any idea what is going on? Help is very much appreciated

You can try to clean up your current IPDM (worth a shot) or just source one from a similar model year G35. Junkyard or eBay may be your best bet.

You could try a baking soda/water paste and a toothbrush then CRC Electronics cleaner. Be warned to allow to dry completely.
Really I'd be more concerned regarding how all that corrosion was able to develop. (Moisture? ) If your budget allows replacing it that's definitely the better route. Trying to work around corrosion and etched metal surfaces is less than ideal.

Yeah I've seen them online for sale and what not. I recently picked up one from a donor car. It was a automatic though. Does that really matter? And the cover was missing on this car.

Whoa that thing is toast. With that much corrosion it's not even worth attempting to clean it up, it looks like corrosion has reached places you probably wont be able to clean all inside in and around every pin and terminal.

For the cost of a new one or a boneyard pull it's not worth the trouble. Find a similar model and get another, but before you do find out why it corroded so much in the first place as that's your real issue here, it may affect other parts or your new one.
