I've been on the search for ages now for a clean G35/350z. I came across a G35 in my hometown being sold by a man who has not listed it for sale anywhere, he just had an empty for sale sign. From what I know the older gentleman does not really want to sell the car, but he just splurged on a new M class BMW, and needs to sell it. The car is a 2005 6mt, with 200,000 miles. It is a one owner, and the man drives the PCH every day to work which may explain the high mileage. This car is EXTREMELY CLEAN, inside and out. I've checked out a few G35's and 350z's and none of them compare to exterior/interior condition of this one, it truly is very very clean. The older gentleman started modding the car as well, and it seems to be all of the highest quality components, he has TE37sl's on the car (which are real not reps) , he has Michelin pilot sport 4s tires on the car, Stoptech big brake kit, BC Coilovers, SPC Camber kit, a aluminum Mishimoto radiator, Greddy Exhaust, Hotchkis sway bars, and a Jim Wolf pop charger with carbon fiber intake tube, and . For the transmission he has a Jim Wolf 14lb flywheel and clutch, the car also has every option from the factory. His price is 6000$, which is below my budget, but the car is exactly how I would've spec'd it myself. Black outside, black leather interior. Im just concerned with the mileage being so high, I am working so I will have money in the future for maintenance or swapping the motor, but is it worth buying with the mileage? What should I be concerned/looking out for? Like I said he doesn't really wanna sell it, more of his wife forcing him sort of deal, and he has taken immaculate care of the car but im still slightly worried. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you
