Thumbs up Blitz R-VIT Type I: Pics

I got my Blitz R-VIT Type I installed last week.

the install is really easy. all you have to do is connect power(either with the supplied power-cord or hard-wire to your ignition....which i did) and connect the cable to your OBD dignostic port..

here's a link for more details.

http://www.blitz-na.com/Blitz_RMonitor_Rvit.htm

and here are some pictures...

p.s. the Blitz mounting bracket does not come with R-VIT. that's extra piece you'll have to buy if you want one.

by the way, I got it from Superior Nissan in City of Industry.

it can only read what the ECU reads. different manufacturers have different settings on their ECU, so it's different from every car.

on ours, it can read Tech, Speed(MPH or KPH), Batt, Water Temp, Intake Temp, Iginition Timing, Fuel Injectors, and few more...

oh, it also displays how many error codes we have...but doesn't display in detail.

it can also work as a shift light. at a designated rpm(both low and high), the screen will turn red and beep to warn you.

well our ECU reads what are A/F is so it can adjust . Could you work with it and find out for me ? Also have you noticed how much timing is being taken out at 6500rpm's ? If it can read the A/F and stock timing retard it would be worth it to me to buy one.....thx...Bill
