Yeah, that's what 3400+ lbs will do for you. When driving a 5AT sedan - which is ~50 lbs *lighter* than the coupe - I felt practically no difference in terms of acceleration, steering feel, and "tossability." The 6MT Z feels a bit more nimble and tight in the turns, but it is still pretty damn heavy considering it is a 2 seater. Perhaps I am just hard to please but I really feel like these cars should be lighter.

Shiva (feels a bit discouraged)

I also agree that the G35 is a bit on the heavy side considering it's size. If what you want is less weight, then getting a car with an fiber glass body or even aluminum is the way to go. However, most cars with that type of body (Corvette) will cost you $45-50K.

A base coupe weighs over 60 lbs LESS than a fully-loaded coupe w/ 18's, FYI

you could cover for 60 pounds easily, lose some weight urself, passenger, spare?(if there is i dont know g35's well), lightweight exhaust since many do that any ways...

14.6 sucks for that 98.6 trap speed. Should be running low 14s. Just look at my sig. With +7hp and about 150lbs lighter cant be that much faster.

Notice the tire size was wrong. Wonder what else could be wrong too.

I have the base w/ leather and weighed in with the spare and 1/4 tank at 3370 lbs.
