As far as I know, Zpresence PAINTS (body shop, etc) and I know he painted some Kinetix ones, so maybe thats what it is. I doubt very much he is in the plenum business.

I am sorry, but that SSR (coffin like thing) sure is ugly. I like the APS, looks good.

I personaly have been waiting to buy a Kinetix one. Seems most "gremlins" have been taken care off by now (V4).

im having the same problem deciding which plenum to go with. since my car will forever remain N/A, with just basic bolt on mods, so im trying to decide on
1. Kinetix v4, and risk cracking problems
2. wait for the Kinetix aluminum to come out, which i think is more for F/I
3. just get the polished plenum for looks, since I will never have immense amount of power.

what do you guys think?

Yes, Crawford's has done extension testing...

All on the flow-bench, the dyno, and open track.

Check this link for a video explanation -

1. No one with a V4 has had a cracking problem and they have been out for quite some time (no one has posted it at least).
2. It it for N/A and F/I, although I believe the n/a purpose is meant for higher-hp n/a motors (people with cams or high cr pistons, etc.).

Kinetix: http://www.kinetixracing.com/
I'll probably go with APS. Plastic is nice since no heat soak though but I went through the cracking thing so no more.
