i was told to get the k&n typhoon over the injen, because the injen filter overheats... and also if you plan to get the stillen oil cooler or something, the injen will be in the way ...

A filter doesn't overheat. Do you mean heat soak? If so, the injen is actually prone LESS to heat soak. Also, the mesh that Injen uses, is exactly the same as the K&N, so both are equal

my vote...JWT popcharger = twice the amount of filtering surface as the OEM filter and it's not paper but a cotton blend.

more air to our "naturally aspirated" engine can only be a good thing

injen, typhoon, aem, nismo= pain in the butt to clean filter regularly and none of them have the inner conical filter but simply a cap which lets that much less air in...

I just don't believe that the K&Ns and co. can provide adequate filtration. See link....

K and N filters offer some of the world's best filters, they are top of the market with filters in the world! Anyone who says that these don't filter well needs to seriously test them out 100%. They filter greater than stock.

Exactly.....K&N has been in business for eons now making filters for a wide variety of cars....it is all they do in this world! Even in that "test" which is old, and not very scientific in its approach, K&N came in second....
