i had my popcharger for about 2 month...i like the sound and all that but i hear rattles in the hood..
i am pretty sure it is from my popcharger because before my popcharger, i didn't have this problem..anyone here have popcharger and have a similar problem?

 

your popcharger might be hitting the heat shield.. i don't have any problem with mine...

 

When I installed my Popcharger, I noticed that it contacted an A/C line right below it. This was because that little support bracket they supply with the kit didn't actually hold the filter in the air. I went to the hardware store and picked up a bunch of washers to elevate that bracket, and thus the filter. This got the filter hanging up in the air so it wasn't contacting anything.

 

jreiter, that's what i thought too..i don't think its hitting the heat shield...i thought it was something under...

Nothing much to see, really. You can sort of see the stack of washers over where that support bracket bolts to the car. I think I used about 10 of them.
