Default Exhaust Installation

Has anybody put a Borla Exhaust on their Z? And if so how much did Nissan charge you to put it on?

Dealer charged me one (1) hour labor to install my Borla Exhaust. I assisted and in was done in 35 minutes.

Do you think it's worth the money if you don't change the headers?

I have the same exhaust and I would say that it is worth it. It definitely has a deeper sound.

Sound is great but I'm more interested in the HP. Have you nticed even a slight increase?

I installed mine myself in abot an hour. My girlfriend who goes with me to the track and rides with me was in the car for the test drive after I installed it. After I punched it from a rolling start she said it was the first time she had ever been scared in the car. Even my girlfriend could tell the diiference! Personally I like my exhaust, it was a good mod.

Sweet. I thought there would be welding involved. Probably still have NIssan do it for me, I have one of the mechanics at my dealership help me with stuff like that on the side. Now he can't B/S me on how much work is involved. Thanks for everyones input sounds like a worth wile investment.
