Headers and UR Pulley Kit made a big differance
I purchased the 2005 Roadster Touring model 5 weeks ago and already dumped $2200 in modifications. ( That means I will be eating Mac & Cheese for a while). Anyway, The first things I had added were CAI and Borla TD exhaust. Of course I did not realize that I would lose low end power with the TD, but I did see some moderate improvements in mid and high end. I then had DC headers and a UR pulley kit installed and WOW did that make a world of difference. It is quicker throughout the whole power curve and once I hit 5k rpm it feels like I am hitting the power band on a two stoke dirt bike…well maybe not that intense but it’s impressive.
The only thing I worry about is the warranty. If something goes wrong what parts would I want to take off and what could I leave on? Also, has anyone had any issues with this combination? Appreciate any input.

I also noticed a HUGE difference with the UR Pulleys. The car revs much stronger. It depends on what warranty work you are bringing it in for... If you have a problem with your tranny dont worry about ur UR Pulleys being on. Whereas if something is happening with your crankshaft you should then take off the pulleys and return them to stock..
i was thinking about getting the pulley.maybe i should stop thinking andget it.did you guys get new belt?did you install it yourself?
and who has the best deal on a crank pulley???????????

did you guys notice any issues with your interior power when slowing down or anything?? i heard since you minimized the crank, you alternator will be spinning less causing some sort of stress on your alternator...well guys tell me: did any of you feel a difference; such as windows losing power, lights dimming, stereo acting funky??
