Default Question on CAI install

Is there any need to disconnect the battery when installing CAI? A friend suggested I do this so the computer will reset itself to the new sensor settings. Any thoughts?

I found some info on this. Since the Z uses MAF instead of MAP, there probably isn't a need to disconnect in order for the computer to calibrate for the new air flow. Thanks for the reply!
