From reading countless threads i'd highly recommend the Injen exhaust with test pipes if you can get away with it or high flow cats if you cant get away with test pipes. The injen angle tipped exhaust gave even better gains than the new straight tipped, so if you can get one of those systems used with low miles that would be the best.
ALSO! Injen angled tipped exhaust + test pipes = flames shoot out the back! flippin sick if you ask me. It's really loud though, but im guessing not as loud as my set up was with test pipes.
Don't bother with CAIs though, its a waste of money, just get a pop charger.

in the search area and you' ll see tons of info as well as dyno testing conducted on various exhausts.
Stillen made the best overall gains in both TQ and HP. Alot of them lost power in the lower end of the band. Stillen and NIsmo were the only ones that posted gains along the entire band.
There are alot of newer exhuasts out that make claims, but the ones tested at the shootout were all dynoed.
I'm still thinking of which setup to go with, but right now, it's a Stillen catback and the Alhpawerks Headers.
Good luck

keep in mind though that the Stillen (true dual) was tested against catbacks without Y pipes. If you add a Y pipe, the results totally change so it was not truly an apples to apples comparison at all

And i dont see how stillen when it showed a dyno of 12rwhp MAX, is compared to Injen where it got a 16rwhp... and for vid of injen straight tip + test pipes, heres mine on the dyno. And again my ending rwhp was 257

Yeah they stopped making the Injen angled because of problems reportedly with people saying it was singing their rear bumper or something. I'm pretty sure our rear bumpers are made out of poly urethane arent they? Well i have angled tips that havn't messed up my stock rear bumper yet with like 5-6" tips lol.
