without any coating...heat will definately be an issue

 

Well, I've spoken to them about 3 times and PM'd 3 more times in the past weeks and no responses at all. Anyone else have any news? Are they still sponsoring the people they notified or have they gone out of business or something???? Every car show I'm at people keep asking me where those headers are so they can check them out and see if they wanna buy them.........I'm starting to feel duped.

 

something VERY fishy about these people. They email and ask how do i enjoy the new header and ask me to update the picture for photo shot. I email back and ask what are they talking about since i haven't receive anything. The guy name Carlos reply back and want me to pay $325 for it. What the heck?

 

i got my headers and installed them nearly a month ago

keep in mind not all of the sponsorships they gave out were 100% sponsorships...

like they said earlier, they had 100%, 80% and 70% (I think that's how it was) sponsorships, so some people got them for free and some people got them greatly discounted.

if you're still interested, just give either anthony or carlos a call and i'm sure they can answer all of the questions for you

i'm very happy with the performance of these headers gonna dyno next month.

 

What the problem is here is that you did not qualify for the 100% sponsorship.
There are certain people that meet the criteria. Please contact your Sale Rep, which is Carlos and see what type of sponsorship you received. Maybe there is something you can do to receive a high percenatge sponsorship.

p.s. There is nothing fishy going on here at Alphawerks

I've contacted you guys at least once a week for months now.......there is DEFINITELY something fishy going on. If you're going to retract sponsorships at least tell people rather than using the "stop replying and they'll go away" tactic. I've spoken to Carlos 3 times....so far nothing.

 

lol....it's not even availalbe to the people who already got it!

 

I never heard back from them after they said they would find out about getting them heatcoated....over 2 months ago!

 

i got my sponsorship and my headers and a nice banner ill be set for HIN

 

lucky....I still have not heard anything either so I'm just giving up on this and I'll be looking for other headers I guess.

Will do.......I'll read up on the Strup headers and see what buyers have had to say about them and I'll PM you if that's the way I want to go now that NEXUS/Alphawerks isn't honoring their sponsorships.

I received my headers from NexusIndustry with no problems whatsoever, just as advertised. They honored their part of the deal and i was very happy with their service. I have had the headers for several months now and can say that they are the best power mod to date on my Z. due to circumstances and opportunity i have not dyno'd yet. the headers are a beautiful piece of work. they are definitely worth the money, especially if your plans are to stay NA. i will dyno them before installing my turbonetics single turbo. i believe i will be the first to do so matched to the Alphawerks headers.

Nothing but good things to say about NexusIndustry and Anthony who is the person i dealt with the most.

 

ot: whatever happened to the independent header dynos that were promised by alpha/nexxus when they first introduced them on our site so very, very long ago?
