Default Skyline Z-Tune Intake Manifold

came across this picture. I must say it looks damn hot. looks a little too high for our engine bay...maybe one could smash it down and widen it a bit.

quote from site:

The stock RB26 intake design is already impressive, featuring individual throttle bodies for crisp throttle response. Six butterflies are now fed by a reshaped and resized cast intake manifold designed to maximize midrange torque production.

the RB26 engine.....i know its FI...but perhaps this design could be useful for NA applications? I think the new Kinetix looks kinda like this but the runners flopped over to the left

Yeah, and the manifold housing does not have smooth edges and corners. Round > Square.

This is the type of general design I have been waiting for with the VQ35. If possible it would be nice to have a shorter intake coming straight into the manifold over the front of the engine. I seem to remember the JUN car having a similar design on their turbo beast that crashed after hitting 200+ mph.

Not a VQ35. It was a VQ30.

I guess none of you have seen the SSR Intake Manifold for F/I that has been out for over a year? That's basically the same design they are using...

Never said it was, was just referencing the design and wishing there was one like it for the VQ35.

Their design still keeps the stock location of the TB, I would like to see it more in the position of the VQ30 on that JUN car so that the air intake is nearly straight out the front and relatively short going into the intake.
