I just got my Nismo exhaust installed and thought I could add my 2 cents (3 cents Canadian). In terms of loudness, I am happy with it, I wouldn't want to go any louder though. I find it noticeably quiter with the top up. Idle and low throttle acceleration is good if you don't want to get noticed, if you WOT it, it brings the stock exhaust note to the next level (loudest around 3-4K).

I posted this question in the exhaust forum, what did you guys do about your grounding strap? My stock one was too short to be of any use.

Nismo drones bad at freeway speeds, esp. w/high flow cats and headers... Switched to Stillen after 3 wks w/the Nismo and the drone is gone.

I guess its all a matter of taste. What sounds like a drone to some sounds sweet to others. I have the NISMO with the high flow cats, headers, plenum AND intake, and at 80mph it sounds sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
