It was pretty straight forward for me... except I broke one of the retaining clips when I was rerouting the electrical wires... so I zip-tied it to the "bar" that you bolt on above the old duct.

The toughest part for me was to position the intake so it wasn't rubbing on anything, I opted to have it rub against the plastic skirt in the wheel well as I figured that'd cause less damage than against something metal. I spent over an hour fiddling without success... hope you've got better luck.

Oh ya... I found the stock screws to attach the MAF to the intake tube were too long... so I found some washers to keep it tight...
