Hey got a JWT popcharger and got used to the "FFFpppppp" sound when givin it gas

well i have since sold the JWT but now i can hear the same sound with the stock setup!! only slightly quieter am i hearing something that was always there?? but didnt notice it untill i paid for it?

 

I imagine any intake makes at least a little noise. It was probably always there, and you just didn't realize it was intake noise. I went back to a stock intake a while back and just couldn't handle how quiet it was. I was too addicted to the open-element filter sound. I ended up going back to an aftermarket intake just for the sound (since I don't honestly believe they do much, if anything, for performance).

 

Just imagine your nose with a cold(stock) then aftermarket open element intake (everyday) that is what my cars tells me anyway. YEA I TALK TO MY CAR...better conversation than my wife sometimes.
