Anyone know torque specs on header bolts?
Did everyone use new gaskets, which would be my inclination? Only reason is Avalon said use the ones already on the car. I can't see it though. SG

Old gaskets and just tighten as tight as you can get. There is no way to use a torque wrench. Oem gaskets are stainless steel.

reuse the stock gaskets. Just get them as tight as you can - within reason. The actual torque spec is 20ft/lbs - though I may be wrong.
