Default Back Pressure

If I am running headers, test pipes, and trual dual exhaust.

Would I need any back pressure?

If I did which one would I need to eliminate?

Thanks,
Ruben

So has anyone played with the dyno number with different combinations. What I mean by that dynoing with headers, test pipes, and true dual. Then dynoing with header, test pipes, and cat back? I wonder what the results would bring.
