i'm wondering which is better high flow cats or test pipes which would you go with?

I heard test pipes are better for FI car cause on a NA car the test pipes might loose HP because of no back pressure is this true?

what would you go with High Flow cats or test pipes I already have DC headers and ordered an HKS true dual exhaust so now i need either one.

Please input

thanks
Gilbert

I have the Kinetix HF cats. I'm very happy w/performance & sound, plus in Calif. smog emission tests are an issue.

I hope to see you around Chino (CA). I'm have a Red G35 Coupe w/Volk SF Challenges Diamond Black in 19".
