There are many resonated test pipes on the market. Problem with these pipe is, how long will the resonator last? What kind of material they use inside? Will it be able to take high exhaust temp? These are very important factor.
If inner resonator became soft and flakes, then the resonator became useless. Should just go with straight pipes instead. This is why most of test pipes you see on ebay are so cheap. Many resonator pipes on the market just look very nice from out side look. Most of them are made of SUS-304 Stainless Steel. But inside construction is very important. Direct exhaust flow and no dead edage is important. We have recently develop new resonated test pipe for 350Z. We had them installed on a 04 Z. I'm posting more detail photos on them. I'll give more detail on them soon!
