The Quietest Exhaust
I am looking for the quietest exhaust that can be added onto (cats/headers) and sound powerful and not rice. I am thinking fuji (i have a little problem with the tips) or blitz or power enterprise (i would love a good clip of this exhaust. I have seen a few floating around but they are all bad quality). Any suggestions? I have been wanting to buy an exhaust for ever but I have yet to make up my mind.

As jkoc indicated above, the Invidia G200 is quite with a low tone at idle. Definitely not rice, just a nice low gurgle. At WOT, it sounds quite exotic. Fitment and Workmanship were top notch. I did, howver, add an "H" pipe to mine, which, IMO, improved it even more.

i hear that borla is the most quiet exhaust. Fuji ain't quiet, atleast with cats and headers. Listen to wren57's 350z with fuji, hi-flows, and headers; and IMO its pretty loud. Wut ever u choose, good luck.

gto2350 I would love to hear your setup. I really like the look of the PE exhaust. -The Ti tips on the inviada are a little too flashy for me (they look sweet on your G tho). I kinda want a lower key exhaust. The borla, I agree sounds good, but I am looking for a little more jdm. thanks guys.

I did a thread identical to this one awhile back, run a search for it (try quiet, exhaust, quieter, as keywords). The Fuji is one of the quietest and still keeps the Z note. Blitz is pretty loud so I would avoid it if you want something quiet. I love my Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper for its quietness and its awesome sound. I've been meaning to post a clip but I dont have the proper video editing software so I've been putting it off.

I have the Apexi N1 exhaust, and IMO it sounds awesome. At idle it sounds completely stock, until you give a little gas, then it has a deeper tone than the stock system. At WOT it's pretty much the same as stock. Now I like the looks of this exhaust, and I loved the price. hopupracing, $589 shipped. The install couldnt have gone better, took me 2.5 hours using a jack and jack stands. The stock system took me about 1.5 hours to install, the Apexi about .5 hours, and jacking the car up and down took about .5 hours. I'm going to make a thread on the install later today, so look for it.

but what i was referring to was the piping and placement of hangers. it all matched up perfectly.

i just looked and it does hang slightly lower... maybe half an inch. seems like that hanger needs to be bent upwards a little. i didn't notice it before, so i don't think i'll even bother having it fixed.
