I just got my aam spacer installed. Is it supposed to make your car louder. Cause my car is loud as shiat now. The engine is like growling when i am decellerating from high rpms and the car just feels different. Its good...i just want to make sure its normal. I can definetly feel a difference but i wasn't aware that it would make my car louder. Any thoughts???
Just worried it was installed wrong or something. I already had to tighted the valve cover bolts because it was leaking.

It shouldn't be any louder except if maybe the strut bar is contacting the upper plenum. I'm experiencing a strange sound sometimes. I'm not sure if it's the strut bar hitting the engine cover or the strut bar vibrating against the hood. Need to experiment a little.
Try removing your strut bar and see if the sound goes away. Then try removing the engine cover. Then try putting the strut bar back on. Then put the engine cover back on. One of those combinations ought to tell you what's vibrating against what else....

he's right. its supposed to be a little louder, but not crazy louder, so you are prolly touching your strut bar. you should be able to slide a piece of paper underneath bar at all points without any resistance. if its touching, you need to make it higher via screws on bar.
