Yup, I get that around those rpms when the throttle isn't open. I think it sounds kind of cool now. Once these two kids pulled up next to me at a light and one yells "Yo man, what kinda blow off valve is that?!?!" I told them it was this new mechanical one I had custom made.

I experienced rasp when i installed my race ipes but found a solution. I have posted this before. All you need to do is have some resonators installed. They arun no more than $30 and will elliminate the rasp.

I heard if you put a X-pipe in it reduces rasp a lot, nvr seen it tested or proven, just a myth i learned about in fluids class
