Default Want to sell my stillen exhaust and get?? help!

I currently have the stillen exhaust on my car. I feel that it is paired nicely with the stillen SC that I have also. it rumbles in the low RPMs and sounds really clean in the upper, also there is virtually no droning at all. The look is a little to stockish for me, I wouldnt mind something that looks different, even canister mufflers if need be.

The stillen has been said to definitely make power, but also weigh more than stock.

What I am looking for is an exhaust that also makes power with my SC, sounds similar to the stillen, but weighs LESS that stock.... I want to save some weight on my car. I have the CF hood, and plan to eventually lose the heated leather seats for some lighter weight ones too.

SO... which exhaust would suit me best? I want it to make power with the SC and save weight.

I would either sell my stillen and buy whatever I decide on or trade it... stillen plus cash for an HKS TD ti... maybe a greddy or injen plus cash for my stillen... still trying to decide if the weight savings of another exhaust are better, or the power of the stillen is better. Trying to keep power to weight ratio in mind.... any feedback would be awesome.

I think a HKS TD Ti goes nice with any setup I love the sound clips I've heard for it...its not your typical HKS loud as fvk exhaust, which surprised me

My stillen has a pretty good sound too, good sound and good power is what I like about the stillen... its just a little to stock looking and a little too heavy for my taste. Wanna trade you HKS for my stillen?! lol.

I think that is the one I want, i'd love to get my hands on a used on or if someone wanted to trade I would go for that too. The injen is appealing, but i heard its really loud and the greddy looks nice but just a little plain for me.

Otherwise I'll probably just stick with the stillen, I think the hks is the only one worth the trouble because the stillen just makes such good power.

If I remember correctly, you'll only save maybe 15-20 lbs if you ditch the stillen and go to something else. Is 20lbs worth the hassle? Maybe....but if your looking to lighten your ride you're on the right track by ditching the seats.

You can get some Sparcos for under $300 that weigh about 17lbs. Thats tons lighter than a stock seat.

You could always put new tips on the stillen. It makes good HP and I've heard it fits real nice under the car.

If you're going to go light....go deep and get a FULL TI exhaust, not just the mufflers. No one may make them, put you can get the TI tubing and get someone to tig it up for you. Pricey, but losing weight costs $$$!

What about that topspeed pro1 exhuast for 500 bucks that def looks no where near stock. Large canisters and tips i believe 3 or 3 1/2 inch. Sounds really loud though but really deep. I was lookin to get it myself later on.

Yeah I think that I will stick with the stillen, i realized exactly what was mentioned above that its not worth the hassle, especially considering the power and quality of the stillen exhaust. If someone wanted to trade me their HKS Ti unit, I def. would, but I'm not going to really search it out.

I like the idea of changing the tips though! I would love to get some slant cut Ti tips for the stillen!!! Anyone know where those can be found?!
