I've seen just one on a supra doing 22psi producing 1000 hp. Two is just overkill, more for looks and symmetrical reasons...
I have a single and love it. I was going to do dual but not my cup of tea.

Do you have a built block low CR running >15psi?
If you did , then a dual 3" is the safer way to go on the Z/G.
