That's about what they go for new. There is at least 1 person on this board with this on his car, I don't know how much it really helps, but some people will buy it solely because others will know how expensive it was and they like the "bling" factor,

I wouldn't put it on my car, but to each his own.

Hey Rickdogg, Do the arc products make much of a difference? What do you have on your car and have you been able to compare the power/sound/overall effect to other similar but less expensive products? Are you happy with the purchase overall? Just trying to see what you think about them.

Its even bolting on to the stock tubing incl the narrow MAF tunnel...

Hahahaha i just LOVE this part, almost something AFE about this statement !!:
"Characteristics: The ARC super induction box focuses on low, mid, and high engine response."

Talk about really focusing the gains!!

Arc is for baller's.. just like Volk and Amuse.. It doesn't perform better than similar products but it's rare, expensive and gets notice..

So the real question is.. do you wanna be a baller?

Most arc products will not make much of a difference performance wise, but is mainly for the bling/show factor. My favorite pieces from ARC are the front strut bar (titanium!), exhaust system (titanium y-pipe back), and oil catch can since it fits under pretty much any strut bar and is not universal like other kits. In the end it is up to the buyer just like those that spend extra money on Crawford headers for a bit more gain with a much heavier price tag
