Just like the topic says my idle dips now below 500 rpms after i installed the injen 1985. It does not happen all the time just once in a wile when im sitting at a light & the car feels like its going to stall. The filter is brand new. it is a little bigger then the one that came with the intake but sent from perf nissan as the direct injen replacement for 350z's. On a side note, i switched from pop charger to this and was thinking maby the ecu has to learn it takes more time or to open the TB more for the air to travel the longer piping? i dont know any help would be apreciated.

C'mon people i did a search and all that came up was people discovering they had dirty filters etc.

 

Reset the ECU.

i reset the ecu after install but i did not do the throttle position learning etc im going to try that thanks

 

You disconnected the negative battery terminal before the install correct?

Give the ECU some time.
