Default test pipes (non resonated to resonated)?

What does it take to make non resonated to resonated?

What does it involve as far as parts and cost? Does it make a difference?

Resonated test pipe contains sound deadening material (similar to a resonator). Non-resonated test pipe is just an empty pipe.

Is it possible to turn the non resonated to resonated? I have a set of non resonated and wondering what it be to get them resonated.

You mean can you buy sound deadening material, and put it in the pipe? I don't think that’s a good idea.

A resonator is a straight through muffler w/ perforations containing sound deadining material. You weld them in place of actual piping. You'd have to find short enough ones for a test pipe, cut out the part you don't want and weld in the resonator.
