GREAT mod....

 

Did you gain any torque below 3000 rpm? How does it sound? Did you lose any top-end power? I want to do this with my G200 but I am afraid of losing some of the top-end power I gained!

 

Nothing lose....
Very good sound... no rasp...
Better torque from 3000 rpm to top end..
I love it....
A great mod for our exhaust... listen to me.....

 

The sound is much better than the original G200 sound....

how much was that X pipe?

 

I put an "H" pipe on mine, also a great improvement to a great exhaust system.

lOWRIDER, DID OU TAKE OUT YOUR RESONATORS?

 

I also have the Invidia G200 exhaust on my G35C. It did not have resonators. I've seen plenty of pics that do, guess Invidia changed the design.

 

The first build of G200s for the 350Z had resonators. Invidia got complaints from "Z" owners, that the exhaust was too quiet, so when they designed the system for the G35, they removed the resonators. The current systems shipping for the "Z" should not have them.

When I bought my system, I noticed that they were missing. I called Invidia in Southern California, and that was the story I was given.

is it that much louder now since they don't have resonators??

 

i believe that mine have resonators, and i just ordered it a few days ago from invidia.
