Default non fouler for the etst pipes

Hi today im going to install me new test pipes i bought four non foulers for the o2 sensor. One question they told be to het two and screw the together but the told me that i have to get a 10mm drill and drill them through so the sensor goes in completely now here is the question do i drill both or just the upper non fouler were the sensor is going to go in by. and also someone told me that if i used anti freeze so after a time whenever i decided to take em out the sensor wouldnt be stuck with the test pipes. what antifrezze do i use or should i do it or not. thanks alot

Just drill out the first one, the one closest to the O2 sensor.
