Default Polished UTR Intake tube, couple pics

Couple pics for reference, in case somebody wants to see the look...
I chose Polished over chrome because it's easy to buff out scratches,"just in case"
Thanks Performance Nissan..

I wouldn't think so....
I already had the Pop on there and just added the UTR Intake tube for cosmetics/ It's pretty much the same as the stock one, just prettier...

Wouldn't the metal on the UTR be more of a heatsoak for the air going though it then the plastic OEM? In theory... wouldn't he lose HP?

The engine bays for the SS is light gray (just like what is found on the CS). Not sure why this is setup like this.

BTW...I got this tube as well which I'm going to install with a bunch of other engine goodies. I'll post pics as soon as I get them installed.

This tube doesn't lose HP cuz its the same size and diameter as the OEM Z tube. Inside the tube is plastic. It's all for looks. They have them in polished, chrome, and CF. However if you add this tube along with a pop charger to a G35C.. you will gain HP.
