Question Injen Exhaust Installed.

Hi all,

I have just installed my Injen Exhaust, and to be honest I am not too impressed with it. It sounds nice at idle and seems to have more pull from 1500-4000rpm but once its start revving high it seems to lose power / less acceleration. Does anyone else experiance this?

Thanks

Andy

P.S I am in the UK and I am also running a K&N Replacement Filter +Grounding Kit (Yeah I know not much )

The Z is not known to pull up high anyway...
the exhaust isnt going to give u like 50 bhp or anything... exhaust is worth 10hp max and how to tell u just got 0-10hp? u cant really tell much difference it just sounds really wicked when u give it foot ^^

Did you get an H-pipe installed? I heard a lot of guys on the Z & G forums got an H-pipe installed because they thought they lost torque. Something to do with equalizing back pressure. You should try doing a seach on Injen Exhaust. I was originally gonna go with Injen but changed my mind and went with Greddy. But good luck.

I’m pleased with the Injen Super SES Cat-Back Exhaust System. I don't have any dyno sheets, just real numbers from the dragstrip.
