Default Best Exhaust System.........

I was looking into getting an exhaust system for my Z. I like a deep rumble like a muscle car, yet I don't want it to be too loud while I am driving. Any recommendations?

You can get on the HKS waiting list for one of the best ones. The Borla is good too. If you want to go for the nicest sound, I think the Amuse is the best but $$$.

Yeah I saw the Borla and liked it, just didn't know if it was too loud inside the car.

Warranty metal materials, thats pretty much all it is. The nismo s-tune exhaust has no selling point besides sound. I dont think craftsmanship is abig deal now a days.

Only problem with the Borla is it has like a million pieces to the exhaust, not gonna be cheap to install the thing.

Anyone already have the Borla Exhaust? If so, how much did you pay for it and where did you get it from?

It cost me $150cdn to install it. The guy said Borla was first class in material and wields. He was even drooling at the clamps(must be a mechanic's thing).

You're looking for a exhaust system, but the only criteria that you state is “sound.” Would you spend $800 on a cat-back exhaust based on members saying the such-and-such sounds “good” while such-and-such sounds “bad?” I didn't think so. Go to a 350Z meet, listen and talk to drivers. Then make your decision.

The NISMO cat-back exhaust is guaranteed by Nissan.

The Injen cat-back exhaust is guaranteed by Injen.
Correct?

Now it's time to get resonated test pipes, if you want deeper. Will make it more deep with grunt but it will be just a little louder. It will be nice though. Trust me. And they aren't that much at all and you can install yourself.
