Default Installed Greddy Evo2, now it rattles...help!?

Hey, I just had my Greddy Evo2 Catback installed. Looks and sounds amazing, but I get a rattle from the mid to rear passenger side, especially when I hit bumps in the road. I remember reading about this in someones post, but I cant seem to find it again. Anyone know how to cure this? Thanks in advance.

I just had the same issue with my EVO2 when I installed the Crawford Cats. The fix is to loosen al of the bolts from the Cats back and lift the exhaust into place. Make sure you have plentl of clearance from the mid chassis brace and the sway bar. Then tighten the bolts from the front to the back. If this does not get rid of your problem, then you may have to put some washers between the mid chassis brace and the frame to drop the brace down a little bit.

Hope this helps. Good luck

I had to install some washers to act as spacers on the stock cross brace to stop it from rattlilng when I installed mine.

Try to find the location and/or tight spots and use some header wrap. Most shops with some experience installing this system will usually know the trouble spots.
