Default Shooting flames?

Will Borla headers, hi-flow cats, and TD exhaust shoot out flames? Or would I need the test pipes. I do not really care about the flames just curious. I know that test pipes are basically straight through with nothing inside which will give a lot more flow. But, how much more flow than HFC's which will pass emissions? Just weighing out the pros and cons I guess. Test pipes are a little less expensive too I see. In addition, are test pipes a lot louder than HFS's? Man decisions...decisions lol.

cats should prevent such things from happening...

it has to be pretty straight inorder to shoot out flames

It would be best to run headers and nothing else. Also drop your air:fuel ratio to about 11.7:1. See how that works out.

My Nismo exhaust shoots flames when I removed my cats. It doesn't shoot out big flames but it does shoot them out.
