Default 30Z exhaust on 04 Sedan?

A friend of mine with a 03 350Z recently installed a Borla Tru-Duel exhaust on his car. What all can I use from his stock exaust on my 04 sedan. I know that the mid-pipe will work with an xtension, but is it worth using anything else or can I use anything else. I think that I have seen that the y-pipe is the same. I know I can not run the duel tips, but what about the cats? I plan on doing a 3/8" plentum spacer along with the mid-pipe and my stillen rear section. Are these mods going to show any HP/TQ increases worth speaking of? By the way I already have a Z tube and KN filter. Should I change the tube and filter to a JWT popcharger or cold air intake or leave the intake as is?

AGREED

Isnt the sedan's rear bumper only have 1 exhaust edging on the left hand side?
making the other side with out the exhaust edging would look stupid...
new bumper + exhaust would be economically inefficient

Get a popcharger and if u want an exhaust, do it right the firs time.. get it custom made or find a sedan only exhaust. Sleeper G35 sedans are saucy though.

The 350Z and G35 Coupe y-pipes are the same as the Sedan's. The Coupe's mid-pipe is will fit the Sedan as will the Z's midpipe with an extension piece. The 350Z and G35 Coupe muffler will not fit the Sedan and vice versa. (Of course you can do anything you want if you're willing to through enough money at it.)

You can also try the Stillen Exhaust also. Here's a link. It looks like the stock exhaust, but gives a more aggressive note and more gains of course.

They have it for both RWD and AWD models, so compatibility shouldn't be a problem. Also, I would recommend buying from another vendor besides Stillen because I'm 100 percent sure you can get the exhaust much cheaper somewhere else.

Keep the Z Tube and get a JWT popcharger. Your plenum spacer will thank you for it!
