weight saving is the key here
injen is about 30lbs. the stock, nismo, and stillen are porky. most of the aftermarket exh weight between 30-40lbs. so is 20lbs worth 1000$ to u?

! Injen is way heavier than 30lbs I have it. Its only a few pounds lighter than stock. Stock I believe with Y-pipe was over 50lbs, almost 60....

It's not that single exhausts are louder, my 5Zigen on my car now is as loud as nismo. BUT the JIC that I had was w/out a resonator, so it was louder than most other exhasuts because of that. Removing the resonator will increase flow, but will make it twice as loud lol...

Both will make it louder, but he means the resonator. When you order the JIC exhausts you can specify with or without resonators....

Actually not hard to crack at all. Comparing 1 inch of titanium to 1 inch of steel, yes the titanium is stronger and lighter. But the exhausts are thinner walled than the steel (and the same amount of material is not used compared to a steel exhaust), so they are not built to be durable. They are built for performance mainly the light weight advantage. Which is why the steel exhausts with the titanium tips canisters are nothing more than just for looks.

Another consideration about titanium is it is a more brittle metal and not as pliable as steel.

One is not better than the other, yet, its what is better for you is what to consider.
