Are there any difference between these intakes?

Are there any difference between these intakes?
I have everything i need in order to intall this intake on my Z, but its no-name brand and only about $10 total on eBay. It seems like a good filter and looks no different than other more expencive ones. Does anybody know if there is truly any real difference in quality and not just the brand we are paying so much for?
What do you guys suggest i do?

This is the intake adapter that I am planning on using with the cheap filter from eBay. If there really is a difference in quality, then I'll go with something more expensive, but if its the same thing then i'll save myself $100.
