Fujitsubo does make the Nismo system. According to Fujitsubo they made some changes to reduce cost per Nismo's request. Overall the functionality should be similar. The Fujitsubo system is a great exhaust system.

Have you looked at the Helix exhaust? It is about as load as the Fujitsubo (aka quiet) and makes a few more whp (and costs less!)

The Borla is only boomy in the cabin if you are in too high of a gear and <2k RPM. That's when it bogs though so it's easy to avoid.
