Question Shorty or Mid sized Headers, Where?

Where and how much? That simple

Need a link to something proven and not over priced.

I have $ for mods and I am off Tuesday and going on a spree.

Will have my exhaust complete and Dyno #'s posted next week, then I am adding the Injen and Nitrous with purge.

After that it will be appearance.

Pics promised!

Thanks All.

You've got four choices:
Veilside
Top Secret
Pros Engineering
Esprit

They all cost about $2200, titanium or SUS.

You may just want to wait to see if Stillen comes out with a set of manifolds.

Default Thanks

That's ridiculous on the prices.

F-Bod Shorties start at $280 and Mac Mid Lenghts were good for 30HP for $550.00 w/cutout on my FireHawk

Shorties for 2200.00 for 10hp or something?

They know we need them. I'll pass.

Well, it's not so bad if you consider headers for the S2000 from Spoon Sports or Mugen are about $1200.

Don't forget Power Enterprise. Those should be available soon in both stainless and titanium. I wouldn't buy Stillen manifolds if they cost $10.

Guru,

Got a price estimate on the PE's?

These $2200 prices are pretty insane.

Thanks,

JD

Default I agree and won't pay it

Especially when you can get them for a Honda or Acura for $449.00 and gain 9 RWHP and Torque (proven with Dyno Charts in Import Tuner) and that's jet hot coated!

Default Have prototype set....

I have a prototype set of stainless headers on my 350z from B&B performance in Phoenix. Will dyno tommorrow in the pm. Already have their stainless catback exhaust, which was a 7hp bump. This is the second set of headers. First set - 1 3/4" had no improvement. My butt dyno tells me - mmmmm, this is better.

Default Cool

Keep us all posted please. I am a firm believer in the SOTP butt dyno meter. When you know you know.

I need headers to complete my exhaust but will wait for prices to drop (and they will) unless someone impresses the hell out of me!
