Default Will test pipes pass emissions?

Well, its about that time of the year where I need to get emissions done. The only problem is that I have test pipes on my car. Do they even have a chance of passing? By the way, I live in GA if that makes any difference. If not, then I guess I'll have to take them off before going, which is a pain in the @ss

Anyone have any experience with testpipes and emissions?

Every state has different emission requirements. This post might be better in the regional forum.

it wont pass a visual inspection if one is done, and i highly doubt it will pass a sniffer.

why you even worried for time being? every new car has 5-6yrs before smog has to be done. So which means if you have an 03, you won't have to smog till 2008.

Not in GA...for 2006, any cars that are 2003 and below have to get emission testing. GA sucks ***.

This is why I love Louisiana. Don't have to worry about emissions. And when its time to get an inspection sticker. You just go and pay 10 bucks. And they slap the new sticker on.

are they doing visual inspections now in ga? obdII should be a check for cel's and gas cap. my last cars were registered in dawson co. and the Z is stock so no worries here. only 13 counties have emmisions testing in georgia- the atlanta metro area!
