Exhaust yes.

Headers not recommended. For removing and installing headers, I would prefer to walk around under the car (on a lift). Even with a lift, it can get frustrating.

My DIY experience confirms this was a Biyach! There is considerable risk of breaking a thermal cycled bolt and becoming an engine removal nightmare. The front bolts have 0 wrench space margin. You need special tools for extremely tight places. The stock headers are smaller than replacements, so they are challenging to torque. An install error could result in exhaust pipe rattles and a sometime later manifold leak. If you are not extremely patient (mine took six nights!) and talented please have a recommended shop do it. I love my Stillen headers/cat-back for they growl like a Lion and the added torque energizes the butt dyno!
