Default Installed Megan Testpipes

i have a question.. right after i got my testpipes installed i was driving home. Everytime i release the gas pedal and step on my brakes theres a vibration?? like for 1 second and it goes away... or if i push the gas pedal it goes away.. Is this normal? because where i got it installed, the mechanic told me no leaks, etc, and everything is good..

re-tighten the bolts...
if its rattle then something is lose...
vibration?
well lifting off will cause stress in ur exhaust system...
maybe thats what you are feeling...

Test pipes should not rattle: there is nothing inside the pipe. If you can get the car on a lift, check for clearance. Consider that engine torque moves the exhaust manifold and test pipes. So clearance can be deceptive. Also look at the OEM heat shields. Are they tight? Are they necessary?

I forgot to mention that I appreciate you not mentioning rasp. Rasp (or whatever it is
) shows up in every test pipe thread like like its some sort of plague to be avoided at all costs. Rasp has gotten way too much attention.

heh its not bad till you have a 3 inch duall exhaust with 3.5 inch test pipes on an NA car... the rasp is unavoidable and it really isn't too bad with even with my exhaust and test pipes
