I recommend that you

a. Set a budget - $1,600
b. Decide what configuration you want. Single. Dual. One or two mufflers. Y-pipe?
c. Shop for catback exhaust systems which meets your budget and selection criteria.
d. Pick your favorite.

This entire forum is about suggestions. Read and learn.

Custom exhaust, I am going in tuesday to get new custom setup still dualed but I amd going with Magnaflow dual inlet and outlet mufler to give me more back pressure without it you lose low t/q , taking off the high flow resonaters and putting coulpe nice tips....All piping will be mandrel bent 2.5 like stock diamater, mufler and tips total cost 627.14 installed he is putting some kind of stuff on the welds so they dont rust . I will have dyno after to see if I gain any HP. My old setup was too raspy....

With a budget of $1600.00 for both headers and exhaust I have to agree with Scarface9's post. For the money, it's tough to beat Strup headers and Borla True Dual exhaust. Partshippers has the Strups on sale and JSCspeed has the Borla on sale. You should be able to get both for @1200.00.

You should hear a few exhaust before you decide which one you like. What sounds awesome to one person may sound horrible to you.
