i ordered a dc sport headers at jsc speed they said its back order its suck i want to cancel it then iam gonna get a stup headers what you guys think...but i have to pay 10% cancellation fee though...you guys think it worth waiting or just pay 10% cancellation.

i hate those so called cancellation fees or restocking fees...what a PITA rip-off.
i can understand a cancellation fee for one of a kind special order items but not something that is back order or out of stock...it wasn't your fault that it's out of stock ...lol

 

or call your credit card to cancell. BUT that kinda bad since you change your mind.

 

tell them to refund all your money or you're filing a fraud dispute charge with your credit card company. 99.9% of the time they'll give it al back to avoid it.

tell them to give you a full refund. It's their problem if they sell something to you and later they realize "oh, we don't have any..." or "oh, we aren't getting them when we "thought" we were...".

File a complaint if they don't.

 

Im actually selling my DC headers if you want them, i had them for 800 miles and i decided to get the Turbonetics ST kit, which is being installed as i write this, so ill get rid of them to you if you want...PM me if your interested

 

I include a note with a internet order:

If you cannot ship on or before such-and-such date, cancel my order.

It helps eliminate delay BS.

 

Something seems wrong. Read the terms. It says that an item that is backordered for two weeks will be automatically canceled.

 

last year i ordered something from performancenissan and a day later i got an email saying that the item is backordered. So i searched on ebay and found a similar item for a lot less. i emailed performance to cancel and was told i would be charged a restocking fee or cancelation fee. i ended up having to wait another three weeks for the stuff. i figure if i were to pay the 10%restocking fee or cancelation fee...it wasn't worth the savings buying from ebay.
