Default Who has the highest whp n/a?

Hey I'm new to the 350z forums...but I'm a regular over at maxima.org....I recently dynoed 245whp with short ram intake, headers, test pipe, bpipe, stock muffler, and APex-i V-AFCII.....with still room for improvement on the top-end and mid-range....I'm thinking I can squeeze 250whp with a 13.5 AFR (i'm currently at 12.9 at peak)....

I know stock 350z's dyno around 235-245whp...how much whp do you guys usually get when you add the usual i/h/e + AFR tuning? did anybody on here break 300whp n/a yet? the maxima guys are waiting for more parts to come out...and we are hoping to break 300whp n/a in the next couple of yrs or so!

Well I did run a search....I found a bunch of dyno threads but I couldn't find the HIGHEST whp na one...

I know its very noobish of me of askin this...but believe me, I did search....and I'm more interested in a discussion rather than knowing the answer and calling it quits...

So...open discussion on my 1st post?

most stock Z's dyno in the 225-235 range on a dynojet (for the 287hp versions at least)

as for the highest, to date, the highest fully legit dyno NA is mjedens car. Others have claimed higher, but they were on different dynos without a dynoject shown or done to verify results.

I've only seen 1 Z on a dynojet dyno at 236 and it was an 04 with 50k+ miles. So the engine was well broken in.

Really? most 287 350z's dyno 225-235whp?? Thats weird...I always thought they were in the 235-245whp range....I seen a few posted around in my forums....and they were in the 240's stock...one guy is actually on here...his name is Briguymax...his stock dyno was like a 243 or something on a dynojet IIRC...

Everything varis by dyno and conditions. Most corrected dynos on a Dynojet are 232 to be honest.

im on the 287 motor with greddy evo 2 exhaust and a popcharger and i got 238 whp 222 tq dynojet, i recently got a act clutch and flywheel and i might dyno too see if i can get closer to 250. p.s. a tech told me it depends where your live, elevation, air temp, or whether or not the fan is on, when they dyno your car they should use a fan to aim at the front, so u can't really determine thw whp, unless everyone dynos with the same conditions, which is not the case.

Oh yeah...I just wanted to let you know....Kinetix should be releasing a high flow intake manifold for us FWD VQ35s real soon...I'm hoping to add this mod and get some nice top-end! I also wanna add a 3 inch MAF and mid-pipe delete...of course, more AFR tuning!

I'm shooting for 265whp...so my setup will be I/H/testpipe/bpipe/Kinetix/3inch MAF/V-AFCII !!

Corrected is the best conditions and what most people post/show. I live in Colorado and I'll tell you my corrected and uncorrected:
Corrected: 249whp & 236wtq
Uncorrected: 206whp & 195wtq

I hit 240hp with only a K&N panel filter on my G with 25k miles on it at Altered Atmosphere on their recent Z/G day

Next week a Stillen dual catback, spacer, UR pulley set and Z tube are going in along with a JWT flywheel and clutch.

I'm still trying to find the best header combo.
